You’ve tried thinking harder.
Let’s try thinking differently.

A focused strategy session for coaches, consultants, and service providers who’ve been circling the same friction point for months. Get the instant clarity needed to finally solve one problem that’s been keeping your business’s growth stagnant.

Every Sprint starts with the Offer X-Ray, included, so we walk in already knowing where the problem is.

Your business has become a little too “choose your own adventure.”

Maybe you started this business feeling more like a generalist than a specialist. Maybe you freeze when someone asks “what do you do?” Or maybe, you’re just tired of feeling like there’s always another problem to fix in your business.

And while you can’t put your finger on one specific problem, be it messaging, positioning, your current offers, or who exactly you’re trying to sell to…you know something’s gotta give.

Despite the fact you’re exceptional at solving other people's problems, you’ve found yourself spinning your wheels over your own.

Because too many ideas, too many possibilities, too many opinions, and too many “this worked for them, it should work for me”... later, you’re in the same place.
Questioning yourself all over again. And so the cycle repeats.

For when your business needs a fresh set of eyes that happen to come with 20+ years of brand clarity and marketing experience.

I’ll ask the questions no one else has asked, and help you make the decisions you've been circling for weeks, or even months.

That's the sole objective of these strategy sessions.

You will not have to figure out which part is not working before we start. Your Offer X-Ray handles that, and I will have read it before we meet.

90 minutes that completely remove the overwhelm of “figuring something out”, and give you a meaningful breakthrough, and creates momentum that ripples throughout your business.

The outside P.O.V. and clear direction your business has been searching for.

Perspective is a competitive advantage.

You've been living inside your business every day. It's no wonder some things have become difficult to see.

My role isn't to hand you another template or overwhelm you with more ideas.

It's to quickly identify what's creating friction, strengthen what's already working, and help you make smart, strategic decisions that move your business forward.

“She asked the right questions, pushed me to think bigger, and brought so much wisdom to the table.”

“She helped me refine everything so it felt tailored, strategic, and crystal clear—with the right mix of structure and storytelling to make it compelling. Lori is incredibly sharp, responsive, and insightful. “

Diagnose

Complete the Offer X-Ray, included with your Sprint, so you know exactly where your offer is strong and where it's leaking. You'll have a clear, data-backed starting point before we ever get on a call.

I Read it Before We Meet

A few days ahead of your session, I go through your X-Ray results and send you a short note: here is the one thing I think we should work on, and here is what we are deliberately leaving alone for now. Push back if it doesn't sit right. Most people tell me it's a relief to walk in with something already decided.

Show Up for Your Session

We spend 90 minutes together on the work we named, and nothing else. You leave the call with clarity, decisions made, and a clear picture of what's changing and why. The last fifteen minutes are for the decisions themselves, said out loud, so you know exactly what you chose.

Get Your Sprint Plan

Within three business days I send you the Sprint Plan: the real issue named, every decision we made written down, and a 30-day sequence that says what comes first and what can wait. It's built from your actual situation, so none of it goes blurry once you're back in your week.

Check In Three Weeks Later

We get back on a call for 30 minutes once you've had a few weeks with the plan. What's moved, what hasn't, and what you keep bumping into. Some of it is progress, and some of it is the thing you've quietly been avoiding, which is usually the more useful conversation.

Where it hurts is rarely where it's broken.

After hundreds of these conversations, the pattern is hard to miss. What brings someone to a session and what we end up actually working on are usually two different things. Here is what I mean.

Almost everyone arrives naming the symptom. The session is for finding what's underneath it.

"My messaging feels confusing."

This is the one I hear most, and sometimes it really is the words. More often the offer underneath is still moving, and you can't write a clear sentence about something you haven't finished deciding.

"I need to be more consistent with visibility."

Sometimes, yes. But more people looking at an offer that isn't converting only makes the leak more expensive, and it's worth knowing the thing is ready before you spend six months getting in front of everybody.

"Maybe my price is too high or too low."

Price is the first thing people blame and the last thing that turns out to be wrong. Usually the reader never gets far enough to weigh the number, because what this fixes and who it's for took too long to land.

"My offers feel scattered or disconnected.”

Each one works on its own and none of them lead anywhere. Every sale starts from a cold beginning, and the clients who loved working with you finish up and have nowhere obvious to go next.

"The calls go well and nobody buys."

When a good conversation ends in let me think about it, something went sideways before the call. Either the offer is getting explained on the spot instead of decided in advance, or that person was never quite right for it.

"Years in, I'm still explaining what I do."

When your work is layered, saying all of it feels honest but reads as vague. Usually the positioning would fit almost anyone in your field, or you're leading with four things at once and the reader picks none of them.

Sometimes what you walked in with turns out to be exactly the thing. That's a good session too, because you leave certain about it instead of suspicious.

Who the Offer Sprint is for, plainly.

The Sprint is for people who already have an offer out in the world. You built it, you priced it, you've told people about it, and it isn't doing what you expected.

If you're still deciding what you're building, this isn't the right room yet, and ninety minutes wouldn't be fair to you. That work has a home too. Start with the OfferMojo Squad, or book an alignment call and we'll talk about whether OfferMojo Studio is the better fit.

No reinvention required.

Every Sprint includes your Offer X-Ray, the pre-session note from me naming what we're working on, your 90-minute session, your Sprint Plan with the decisions and your 30-day sequence, and a 30-minute check-in three weeks later to see what's moving and what isn't.

Working with Lori was a markedly different experience from the usual “coach” dynamic.

Lori brings deep technical expertise, but what stood out was her ability to validate my thinking while pushing it further. She never operated from a place of fixing. She treated my expertise as a given and guided me to refine it with precision and confidence.  Because of our work together, I’m walking away with clarity I haven’t had in years. I know what I should offer, why it matters, and exactly who it’s for.

Sarah Khan

MEET LORI.

I’ve been serving smart, ambitious entrepreneurs for over 20 years, helping them get clear, get specific, and build offers they’re genuinely proud to sell.

For years I've been doing this work inside my premium 1:1 container, OfferMojo Studio, sitting with people who know they're good at what they do but can't quite get their offers and business to reflect it.

The Sprint is built on everything I've learned inside that work, shaped for the moment when you don't need multi-week support. The real problem, worked properly, with a plan in your hands when we're done.

When we get on a call together, I know exactly what to listen for. I'll hear what's been holding you back, help you make the decisions that have been sitting in your head, and build you a plan that actually moves you forward.

Questions? Here are the ones I hear most.

One good decision creates another, and another.

When you know what to fix, and what genuinely doesn’t need your attention, your offers become stronger, your messaging becomes clearer, and growing your business feels infinitely lighter

Let's find your next right move.
